Director Operations

CHARLENE

Charlene is our Director of Operations, working diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Born and raised in Kamloops, Charlene attended the University of Lethbridge for a degree in Kinesiology before pursuing her MBA at the University of Victoria.

Charlene spends most of her time these days with her husband Craig, and young daughter and son.

What Inspires Me: Watching my daughter and son grow and change and seeing life through their eyes.

LPN/Physician Assistant

JENNIFER

Jennifer grew up in the states most of her life, but is happy to be back living with her husband and 3 sons in the sunny Okanagan. After graduating nursing school in 2013 she has settled down and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and explore the world.

LUCIE

Lucie moved to Canada in 2016 from a small town called Chevreuse just outside Paris, joining her brother and sister-in-law in Kelowna. She seized this new opportunity with a grateful heart, enjoying not only the beautiful surroundings, but all the outdoor activities that the Okanagan offers, hiking, biking, snowboarding and camping. Outside of work, Lucie loves spending as much time as possible with her partner and children.

What Inspires Me: My one true goal in life is to help others be the best version of themselves.

Hillary

Hillary was born in Edmonton but she considers Kelowna to be her home. After graduating UBC-O in 2020, she decided to expand her knowledge and pursue her passion of skincare. Outside of work she enjoys travelling abroad, cooking in the kitchen and getting outdoors in any way possible.
